Uribe steers first FIBRA deal at Holland & Knight

Holland & Knight (Mexico) has helped real estate investment trust FIBRA Uno raise US$2.5 billion on Mexico’s stock exchange – the largest ever real estate equity offering in Latin America and the first FIBRA capital markets deal Guillermo Uribe has led since his arrival at the firm earlier this year.
