Uncertainty over Nestlé/Garoto deal

Brazil's Counsel for Economic Defence (CADE) may be considering a revision of its decision to unwind Nestlé's 2002 acquisition of Brazil-based chocolate maker Garoto, according to local newspaper Valor Econômico.
