UK drinks company swallows Brazilian counterpart

Brazil’s Lefosse Advogados has helped the Brazilian subsidiary of soft drinks producer Britvic acquire local juice concentrate producer Empresa Brasileira de Bebidas e Alimentos from its shareholders in a US$173 million deal that hands the UK-based company one of the largest drinks producers in the country.
