UAE port operator extends presence in Peru

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York and Brussels, and Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados in Lima have helped United Arab Emirates business operator DP World acquire a maritime services company from Peruvian infrastructure and logistics company Andino for US$316 million.
