Twenty firms line up for Terranum hotel buy

Twenty firms working across nine jurisdictions have provided counsel in a multi-stage transaction that saw Colombia’s Terranum Hoteles become the owner of one of Latin America’s largest hotel chains through its acquisition of Decameron Hotels and six of its international subsidiaries.
