Tuna producer awaits award in Ecuador tax dispute

A tribunal at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) has finished hearing a Spanish tuna fishing company’s treaty claim against Ecuador concerning the imposition of taxes in a free trade zone.
