Trench Rossi steers Minerinvest in shipping deal

Trench, Rossi e Watanabe Advogados has helped Brazil's Minerinvest sign a preliminary agreement with MMX Mineração e Metálico and LLX Sudeste Operações Portuárias, which will purchase and export the company's iron ore for US$500 million a year.
