Three firms steer loan restructuring in Brazil
US fund manager ICE Canyon has hired Dias Carneiro, Arystóbulo, Flores, Sanches and Thomaz Bastos Advogados in São Paulo and the Houston, New York and Washington, DC offices of Latham & Watkins LLP to restructure a loan granted to energy company Petra, giving ICE a 6.8 per cent stake in distressed Brazilian power generator Eneva.
