Three firms in multi-currency loan for Colombian transmission line

Clifford Chance LLP in Washington, DC and New York and Brigard Urrutia in Bogotá have helped the Colombian branch of Spanish engineering company Grupo Ortiz obtain a two-tranche financing worth US$122 million to fund the construction of a transmission line.
