The Emergency Law

This is a summary of the most important provisions of the Argentine Productive and Credit Emergency Law No. 25,563 (PCEL) as approved by the House of Representatives on January 30. The PCEL will have a significant adverse effect on creditors’ rights in connection with reorganisation proceedings in Argentina.
