TGS rushes out notes exchange before peso devaluation

The Washington, DC and New York offices of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Argentina’s Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal have helped Transportadora de Gas del Sur (TGS), the largest natural gas transportation company in Latin America, with a US$251 million notes exchange.
