Ternium relies on regular counsel in loan financing

The Mexican arm of Argentine steelmaker Ternium has drawn upon regular counsel Mitrani, Caballero, Rosso Alba, Francia, Ojam & Ruiz Moreno, as well as Ritch Mueller SC, to advise in its partial refinancing of a multi-billion dollar loan facility.
