Tenaris hires Mitrani and Pinheiro Neto

Argentina’s Mitrani Caballero Ojam & Ruiz Moreno and Brazil’s Pinheiro Neto Advogados have helped Luxembourg-based steel pipe manufacturer Tenaris buy the remaining 50 per cent interest in Socotherm Brasil, the joint venture it shared with Canadian pipeline services company ShawCor.
