Televisa returns to Mexico’s bond market

Mexico's Televisa has retained its long-time counsel Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes SC for its first local bond offering in 10 years, a week after it entered into an agreement to buy a stake in US-based Spanish-language broadcaster Univision.
