Televisa issues bonds worth US$1 billion

Mexican media conglomerate Televisa has returned to the international debt market to issue US$1 billion worth of bonds with help from Mexico’s Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes SC and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York.
