Tauil & Chequer helps Ecopetrol enter Angola

Brazil’s Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown is helping Colombian state-owned energy company Ecopetrol acquire a 10 per cent interest in two oil blocks off the Angolan coast from Norway’s Statoil.
