Swiss PE group invests in Mexican pipeline operator

The New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Mexico's Galicia Abogados have helped Swiss private equity firm Partners Group invest US$750 million in Fermaca alongside the Mexican pipeline operator’s senior management.
