Supreme Court rules Otis removal from register is ‘illegal’ and ‘arbitrary’

Chile's Alessandri & Cía has helped the world's largest elevator manufacturer win an appeal at the Supreme Court challenging its removal from the National Registry of Installers, Maintainers and Certifiers by the government.
