Stocche Forbes steers US$2.8 billion Eletrobras financing

Stocche Forbes Advogados has helped state-run Banco do Brasil and Caixa Econômica Federal provide a US$2.8 billion credit facility to state-owned energy company Eletrobras, as Brazil continues to grapple with its drought-induced energy crisis.
