Stocche Forbes, Milbank and Herbert Smith close oil ship financing

Herbert Smith Freehills LLP has helped energy company GranEnergia obtain US$150 million in financing to fund the purchase of a ship that will accommodate workers drilling for oil in Brazil’s Campos Basin.
