Stakes in Bogotá and Santiago bus systems change hands

US-based Holland & Knight LLP and Chile's Barros & Errázuriz Abogados have helped Colombia's Express del Futuro – a concessionary of Bogotá's Transmilenio public transportation system – in the reacquisition of 28 per cent of its shares and the sale of a majority stake in Chilean mass-transport operator, Express de Santiago.
