Squire Patton Boggs mounts Venezuelan currency claim

Two Californian offices of Squire Patton Boggs and Delaware law firm Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP are helping Venezuela’s Central Bank sue a US website that tracks the black market value of the country’s currency, alleging the website is exacerbating inflation, destabilising Venezuela’s economy and harming the Venezuelan people.
