Souza Cescon, Davis Polk, White & Case and Lefosse in Via Varejo IPO

White & Case LLP in São Paulo and Miami and Brazilian firm Lefosse Advogados helped Brazil’s largest home appliance retailer Via Varejo ring in the country’s final equity offering of 2013 through its 2.8 billion reais (US$1.2 billion) IPO.
