Souza Cescon and Tauil & Chequer in Unicasa IPO

Souza, Cescon, Barrieu e Flesch - Advogados and Clifford Chance LLP have helped furniture maker Unicasa list on the BM&FBovespa, in what was the third IPO to come out of Brazil in the space of a week.
