Southern Cross buys Mexican publishing group

Argentina-based private equity fund Southern Cross has bought Mexico’s second largest publishing house, Grupo Expansión, from Time, with help from Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enriquez SC in Mexico City and Chadbourne & Parke LLP in New York.
