Small but mighty

Decades of economic growth have seen an explosion in headcount at some of Latin America’s most ambitious law firms. Yet while those at the top of the market in terms of size have the manpower and multi-disciplinary service offer to staff the region’s blockbuster transactions, there is no shortage of firms enjoying considerable success with much smaller headcounts. Vincent Manancourt talks to this latter group about their reasons for keeping numbers down
