Slow progress on gas in Argentina and Brazil as Colombia plots LNG expansion, say O&G panellists

Despite its enormous shale reserves, Argentina could take another decade to become self-sufficient in gas, observed speakers at Latin Lawyer’s Oil and Gas Conference last month, as Colombia plans two major LNG projects and Brazil makes slow progress in boosting its gas sector.
