PepsiCo has hired Jones Day (Mexico) for a joint venture with Mexican bottler Grupo Embotelladoras Unidas (Geupec) that will see the companies' drinks production and distribution networks combined – just one month after The Coca-Cola Company's local bottling unit boosted its operations in the country.
