Skadden and Machado Meyer join hands for BTG Pactual’s tender offer

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP’s São Paulo and New York offices and Machado Meyer Advogados in São Paulo have helped Banco BTG Pactual make a tender offer to purchase up to US$390 million of its own notes.
