Siqueira Castro helps pension fund win accounting battle with regulator

Siqueira Castro Advogados has helped Nucleos, the pension fund for Brazil’s nuclear industry, win a battle with the country’s pension regulator over its accounting methods – obtaining a judgment that declares the regulator was wrong to prevent it from including unpaid government credits in its annual accounts.
