Simpson and Mattos Filho help BrasilAgro end ADR drought

The New York and São Paulo offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Brazilian firm Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados have helped Brazilian agricultural company BrasilAgro trade American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) on the New York Stock Exchange – the first such listing by a Brazilian company in three years.
