Silva & Cía registers contested trade name for football channel

Chilean IP boutique Silva & Cía has helped television channel Servicios de Televisión Canal del Fútbol secure the right to register the trademark “Football Channel” - overturning a previous decision by the country’s IP institute, INAPI.
