Sigelman sentence a “plain win” for defence in PetroTiger case
Former PetroTiger co-CEO Joseph Sigelman, who was accused of bribing a Colombian official, was sentenced yesterday to three years’ probation and given a US$100,000 fine after he pleaded guilty to a single count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
