Shearman, Stocche Forbes and Mattos Filho in Mubadala’s MMX restructuring deal

Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York and Brazil's Stocche Forbes Padis Filizzola Clapis Advogados are advising Abu Dhabi’s state investment company Mubadala Development for the restructuring of its US$2 billion investment in EBX, which will see the fund pick up a 10.52 per cent stake in mining arm MMX.
