Shearman, prietocarrizosa, Milbank and Gómez-Pinzón return for Ecopetrol offering

The New York and San Francisco offices of Shearman & Sterling LLP and Colombia’s prietocarrizosa have helped Colombian state-owned oil producer Ecopetrol sell US$2 billion in bonds.
