Shearman, Lefosse, and Machado Meyer in Tupy debt offering

White & Case LLP in São Paulo and New York and Brazil’s Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados has helped Latin America’s largest foundry, Tupy, raise US$350 million through a notes offering.
