Shearman and Simpson take Sura to record Colombian private placement

Shearman & Sterling LLP and Rodriguez-Azuero Abogados have been retained by Grupo Sura for a US$1.8 billion share offering to raise financing for the Colombian group’s acquisition of Dutch bank ING’s Latin American assets.
