Several firms steer YPF bond exchange

Argentine oil company YPF has secured approval from noteholders to exchange debt maturing next month, with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and local firm Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi advising the company and a quartet of firms including Clifford Chance LLP, Bomchil, Dechert and DLA Piper (Argentina) acting for creditor groups.
