Several firms steer US-Colombian medical cannabis merger

Three Greenberg Traurig LLP offices, Cuatrecasas in Lisbon and Posse Herrera Ruiz in Bogotá have helped a special purpose vehicle of US investor Schultze Asset Management merge with Colombian medical cannabis producer Clever Leaves, in a deal worth US$255 million.
