Several firms help TIM sell assets to UK telecoms business

Brazilian telecoms company TIM has hired Pinheiro Neto Advogados, Mundie Advogados and Palma Guedes Advogados to sell a controlling stake in its fibre optics subsidiary to London-headquartered infrastructure group IHS Towers for 1.6 billion reais (US$294 million).
