Several firms help Nowports become Mexico’s latest unicorn

Mexican digital cargo platform has hired Gunderson Dettmer in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles, Creel Abogados in Mexico City and Chile's Pérez-Iñigo, Ugarte y Baraona Abogados to raise US$150 million in a Series C funding round, which made the start-up a unicorn.
