Several firms help French telecoms group buy LatAm assets

French cable and fibre optic company Nexans has enlisted two offices of Spanish firm Pérez-Llorca, Colombia’s Gómez-Pinzón, Pérez Bustamante & Ponce (PBP) in Quito and Peruvian outfit Miranda & Amado to acquire US$225 million worth of telecoms assets across Latin America from Mexican energy company Xignux.
