Seven firms in IFC loan to boost job creation for women

US firm Mayer Brown LLP, Peru’s Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados, Colombia’s Posse, Herrera & Ruiz, Mexico’s Santamarina y Steta, Brazil’s Pinheiro Guimarães - Advogados and Conyers Dill & Pearman have helped the International Finance Corporation (IFC) grant a US$130 million loan to finance the expansion of Belcorp, a Peruvian door-to-door cosmetics sales company whose staff is 74 per cent female.
