Sempra’s cross-border wind farm obtains finance

Mexico’s Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes SC and three of Mayer Brown LLP’s US offices have helped Sempra, a US energy company, obtain finance worth US$305 million to fund the construction of a wind farm on the Mexico-US border.
