Sempra raises US$400 million for its Mexican LNG business

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York and Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes SC in Mexico City have helped a subsidiary of US group Sempra Energy make its first bond issuance worth US$400 million, the proceeds of which will be allocated to the company’s Mexican liquefied natural gas (LNG) business.
