Second Argentine litigation case for Pan-American Sports Network

Pan-American Sports Network (PSN) has been embroiled in a second litigation case in the Argentine courts following a successful injunction request from DirecTV, who claim PSN attempted to force the media group to pay a different price than that originally agreed for the sports programming. The injunction was issued on October 24. PSN’s other litigation against Multicanal media group was successfully overturned in favour of PSN, as reported in LATINLAWER.com.
