Scotiabank completes record Comercial buy

Ferrere has helped Scotiabank complete its acquisition of Banco Comercial through the purchase of the Uruguayan government’s remaining stake in the bank, the final step of a deal said to be the largest banking M&A transaction in Uruguay’s history.
