Satmex debtors may resist US-led takeover

Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Mexico's Creel, Garcia-Cuellar, Aiza y Enriquez, SC have helped Colorado technology group EchoStar agree a US$374 million takeover of embattled Mexican satellite operator Satmex - but the deal may yet run afoul of the target's creditors.
