Santander’s Chilean car financing arm makes inaugural issue

Garrigues (Chile) has helped the car financing arm of Spanish banking group Santander Consumer register an inaugural 30 trillion pesos (US$48 million) bond programme and make a 5 trillion pesos (US$8 million) issuance under it.
