Santander and GE turn to familiar faces for mortgage deal

Davis Polk & Wardwell and Ritch Mueller SC have represented Grupo Financiero Santander in its acquisition of GE Capital's consumer mortgage business in Mexico, which sees the bank take over a US$2 billion portfolio.
